Design manual specifications check during inspection (SWL compliances, load conditions, etc)

Booking In An Inspection:

Will be sent a quick questionnaire to provide us with your contact and site details as well as the size of your warehouse (estimated pallet spaces) prior to attending site
Set up an ongoing re-occurrence schedule so we can assist you to meet your annual inspection requirements by notifying you prior to the annual inspection due date

Repairs

Upon acceptance of the reported incidents to be repaired, either via email sign off or official PO the repairs are passed onto our construction team
Our construction team will arrange the supply of parts to be delivered into site and appoint a crew to do the repairs as per the report document
Supply necessary documentation such as SWMS, insurances, etc and schedule site inductions if required
Our dedicated team will (prior to site arrival) guide you through what will need to be off load so each individual repair can be performed in a timely manner
Upon completion, the works will be signed off by our competent team leader and site contact/s indicating the pallet racking has been repaired and put back into service as per AS4084 standards
